About the event
STEAM is an educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics as access points for higher level and integrated learning. In this workshop, students will create an artwork that includes LED lights that are powered with soft-circuits. They will learn how to create their own circuit while utilizing light within their original art composition. The workshop will cost $40, include all artmaking materials, and max out at 5 students.
