SCHEDULING / ATTENDANCE:

Students can choose from two monthly enrollment options: weekly (one class weekly) and bi-weekly (one class every other week). A monthly calendar will be sent out to parents with details about the schedule for the coming month. If you have any conflicts or prior commitments, please let us know with within 24hrs prior to class time, as outlined in the cancellation section of this document.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Studio Cancellations: Occasionally, the studio may cancel classes due to inclement weather or other reasons. Should this happen, you will be notified and all students will be credited in the form of a make-up credit.

 

Student Cancellations: If your student is unable to attend, for any reason, we require at least a 48-hour notice to receive a make-up credit for the missed session(s). Make-up class credits are valid for 60 days and can be redeemed at any class with availability. Please note, monthly flat-fees will not be prorated.

 

Vacations/Extended Time Off: If you will be gone for a month or more and would like to reserve your child’s selected class spot we ask that you pay a ½ tuition fee for each month of absence.  If you are gone for a month or more and would simply like to take a break during this time, you will not owe any tuition, however, your chosen class time will not be reserved.  Upon your return, you will have the option to sign up for classes again based on current availability only.

 

Unenrolling: Classes run continuously on the yearly calendar with a monthly commitment. Clients can unenroll from classes without penalty by notifying That Art Studio before the 1st of the month. If prior notification is not given, the client will be responsible for paying tuition as schedules are set on a month-by-month basis.

COVID-19 exposure policy: If any student or teacher at That Art Studio tests positive for COVID-19, all families will be notified and That Art Studio will close for a two-week period.

 

PRICING:

Prices for classes are as follows

Group Classes -

$85 per month for weekly students

$50 per month for bi-weekly students

 

We offer a 15% multiples discount for families that register more than one child. For more details, see the pricing table below.

 

PAYMENT:

Payments for the month will be collected on or before your child’s first class of each month. Payments can be made in either cash, personal check (payable to “That Art Studio”), Chase Quickpay (kayla@thatartstudio.com)  or PayPal (kayla@thatartstudio.com). With limited space and high demand, your monthly payment secures your spot in the scheduled class. We appreciate your attentiveness in getting monthly payments in on time. If there are repeated issues with payment delinquency, your student may be required to forfeit their spot in any given class.

 

BEHAVIOR:

All students have a right to learn and create art in a safe environment. Any behavior issues will be reported to parents and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If reported behaviors persist, your student may be required to forfeit their spot in any given class.

 

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP:

Students can come in the studio door between the building and the garage. In the instance that you are late, please be sure to pick up your student at the scheduled end time for the session. Classes are often back to back, and unfortunately, we are unable to extend class times to accommodate late arrivals.
